Subscribed on the web: cancel from the Subscribe page in the app, or email us and we'll take care of it. Either way, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Purchases made on iPhone are billed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Skin Intelligence purchase. For web purchases, email us and we'll sort it out.
No. Your scan photos are analyzed, then gone — they never sit on our servers. The photos and scores you keep live on your phone, and you can delete them in the app at any time.
In the app, open your profile and choose to delete your account. It's deactivated immediately and permanently erased after 30 days — log back in within those 30 days if you change your mind. For privacy-specific requests, email privacy@skinintelligence.ai.
